TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS on booking Kristy Walker - Makeup Artistry & Masterclass. Please read these Terms and conditions carefully, as upon booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions.

Pricing Please note that all prices are subject to change.  When you pay your deposit the price that was originally quoted to you will be honoured even if our prices change.

The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services provided by the stylist in the event that other people that they have booked in do not pay their portion. Payments for the hair and makeup services taking place on the event day can be paid in advance or on the event day in cash to the Stylist. Customers are required to pay the full amount for the trial even if you decide not to go ahead with the event booking.

Refunds

Kristy Walker - Makeup Artistry & Masterclass does not offer refunds for any completed services; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the stylist whilst they are on location and the stylist will do their best to accommodate any changes required.

Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that we deliver the service you expect. Kristy Walker - Makeup Artistry & Masterclass is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to delays caused by the client.

Travel/Parking Fees

A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will also be passed on to the client.

Allergies 

Kristy Walker - Makeup Artistry & Masterclassis not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify us if you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the stylist would be happy to use the product.

Compensation  

In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances cause us to cancel or make us unable to complete a booking Kristy Walker - Makeup Artistry & Masterclass or any artist working with her is not, responsible to compensate a client for any monetary or time losses.
